support site there is an online ticket system that emails
you when ever there is a response. The main advantage
of this ticket system is that our responses will be recorded
and saved for you to look back over whenever you like.
Even if you lost all your emails, the tickets you submit
and the responses you get will always be here for you
to look back over. |

| Billing |
| With our new billing section you will always be able to retrieve a copy of any invoice or order placed with us. So if you get to your companies year end and can't find the invoices you need, then just log in here and they'll all be stored safely. Also, once you've logged in, it's even easier to buy new domain names and extra hosting. |
